Ring in the new year with the Rotary Fireworks show!
Third year for dazzling display off Grand Trunk Trestle
The end of 2022 is just around the corner, and residents of St. Marys – and beyond – can bid farewell in a spectacular way!
On Saturday, December 31, the Rotary Club of St. Marys is sponsoring fireworks shortly after 6:00 p.m. The show will originate from atop the Grand Trunk Trestle to light up the St. Marys skyline.
The Grand Trunk Trail will be closed between Ingersoll St. and Wellington St. from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve to allow for the show to be installed and cleaned up.
The show will be streamed live on the Rotary Club of St. Marys’ Facebook page for those that wish to watch from the comfort of home.
Viewers wishing to show their appreciation to Rotary can donate via credit card at www.rotarystmarys.ca/donate or by e-transfer to RotaryClubofStMarys@gmail.com.
A rain date of January 1 has been scheduled in case of inclement weather. Watch the Town of St. Marys Twitter and Facebook pages for cancellation information.
